SFDR Disclosures

Pinemont has decided to opt-out of the consideration of adverse sustainability impacts - for environmental factors. It was deemed surplus to requirements for the assets that Pinemont trades in and would not have added any shareholder value. Furthermore, we do not deem it appropriate for the type of trading activity that the firm engages in, in its role as Portfolio Manager to Selective Opportunities - Pinemont Investment Grade.

Pinemont has decided to opt-out of the alignment of remuneration policies with sustainability risks. Since sustainability risks are not a priority of the investment team and/or the sub-fund which Pinemont manages it would be inappropriate to do so.
